1:1 Remote Coaching
Your online fitness coach for moms, week to week.
My programs already give you the plan. Coaching gives you me: someone reading your check in, changing your training when your life changes, and answering when something hurts or stalls. Coaching spots are limited so every client gets coached properly.

Do both
Every in-person package includes weekly online coaching, so if you train with me in Apollo Beach you already have both.
Want to add sessions in Apollo Beach? Buy any in-person package — start a monthly plan and your online coaching is included, so your $149/month stops.
What you get every month
A program built for your body, then adjusted weekly
Your intake sets the starting plan. Every week I read your check in and change what needs changing: loads, volume, an exercise that is aggravating something. The week is labeled so you can see what I moved and why.
A meal guide that moves with you
Macros recalculated as your weight, stage and training change. Pregnancy, postpartum and breastfeeding adjustments handled properly, not guessed at.
A weekly check in and a real reply
Sunday you send weight, energy, adherence, wins and struggles, with optional photos. I reply in writing within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. Your name in it, your week in it.
Progress you can actually see
Body weight trend, adherence and top set load per main lift, pulled straight from the sessions you log. No spreadsheets.
Real clients. Real work.
Same lighting, same effort, months apart. Every plan behind these photos was written from that client's own intake.

How your program is built
Every session is the same five parts in the same order, about 60 minutes end to end. If you set a shorter session on your intake, each part shrinks with it — nothing gets cut.
- 1
Warm-up 8–10 min
Dynamic mobility and activation matched to the day's lifts: bridges and band walks before glutes, pull-aparts and scap work before upper.
- 2
Strength 30–35 min
One major lift — squat, deadlift, bench or hip thrust — for four to five sets with full rest, then at least four accessories at three sets of eight to fifteen. Sets, reps and rest follow your goal, and the accessories rotate every four weeks while the main lift stays put.
- 3
Burnout 10–12 min
A HIIT style finisher: circuits, EMOMs, AMRAPs or intervals using the day's muscles plus conditioning, scaled to your experience and equipment.
- 4
Abs 5–7 min
Core in every session, rotating anti-rotation, flexion and stability. Pregnancy and postpartum get breathing and pelvic floor work instead.
- 5
Stretch 5 min
Static stretches for exactly what you trained, listed so you can follow along and finish calm.
It is shaped from your intake: your days per week set the split (two or three days full body, four upper/lower, five push, pull, legs, glutes and a flush day), your equipment filters the exercise pool, anything you flag as an injury is swapped for an alternative with a note, and pregnancy, postpartum or youth training changes the rules — no supine work after the first trimester, low impact burnouts, breathing and pelvic floor instead of crunches, and technique first with no maximal lifting for teens. On 1:1 coaching, LaBella can also edit any day by hand — swap a lift, change sets, reps or rest, or leave you a note — and your plan updates from your latest check-in.
Honest expectations
- Replies land within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. If you write me Saturday, you hear back Monday or Tuesday.
- Coaching is not medical care. If you are pregnant, postpartum or managing pelvic floor symptoms, I coach alongside your provider, not instead of them.
- Billing is monthly and you cancel yourself from the portal. No contracts, no phone call to leave.
Before you start
This is educational coaching, not medical care. Get clearance from your doctor, midwife or pelvic floor physical therapist before you begin, especially if you are pregnant, recently gave birth, had a cesarean, or are managing prolapse, hernia, high blood pressure or any diagnosed condition. Stop training and contact your provider if you notice bleeding, dizziness, pain, leaking of fluid, or pressure in the pelvis.
Common questions
How is 1:1 remote coaching different from a program?
A program gives you a complete plan up front. Coaching gives you me every week: I read your check in, adjust your training and macros, and reply in writing, so the plan keeps changing as your life and body change.
How much does coaching cost and is it a contract?
$149 a month, cancel anytime from the portal. No contracts and no phone call required to leave.
How fast do you reply to check ins?
Within 48 hours, Monday through Friday. If you check in on Saturday, expect a reply Monday or Tuesday.
Is coaching safe during pregnancy or postpartum?
Yes, I coach pregnant, postpartum and pelvic floor clients regularly, alongside their provider rather than instead of them. Coaching is not medical care.
What happens if all the coaching spots are full?
You can join the waitlist and I email you first, in order, the moment a spot opens. If you would rather start now, the self guided options on /programs cover the same training structure.
