Privacy Policy

When you buy a program, join the email list or create a member account, I collect your first name, email address, and the answers you give in the intake questionnaire. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.

Inside the member portal I store the training data you enter yourself: workout logs, weights, reps and notes, along with the goals and health screening answers you provide so your plan can be tailored.

Intake answers about pregnancy, birth, diastasis, pelvic floor symptoms and injuries are used for one purpose only: to build a safer program for you. They are never sold, never shared with advertisers, and never used for marketing segmentation.

To deliver the program you purchased, tailor your plan, send you the emails you asked for, answer support questions, and keep records required for tax and accounting.

Stripe processes payments. The site database and authentication run on managed cloud infrastructure. Email delivery runs through a transactional email provider. Each of these only receives what it needs to do its job.

The site uses functional cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your progress. It does not run third party advertising trackers.

You can unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom. You can ask me to export or delete your account data at any time by emailing hello@labellabeast.app, and I will action it within 30 days unless I am legally required to keep a purchase record.

Accounts are for people 16 and over. Teen girls under 18 should train with a parent or guardian who has reviewed the program and agreed to the purchase.
